1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and krikya11 app ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated at https://krikya11-app.net. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality offered through the krikya11 app website and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing any wager, or otherwise using any service on krikya11 app, you are indicating your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is legally effective even if you have not read every section in full — we therefore strongly encourage you to read this document in its entirety before using the platform.

If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms are written in English and the English language version shall take precedence in all interpretations. Where any translation of these Terms exists for informational purposes, the English text shall govern in the event of any inconsistency.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Use of the krikya11 app platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. krikya11 app enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-underage-gambling policy.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account on krikya11 app. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

• Personal Use Only: You must register and use the krikya11 app platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Use of the platform on behalf of third parties, syndicates, or commercial betting operations is not permitted.
• Not a Self-Excluded Person: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion agreement with krikya11 app or any affiliated platform. Attempting to register while subject to a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant oversight bodies.

krikya11 app reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing service access.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Credential Security

We cannot be held responsible for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated contact information on your account.

3.4 Single Currency Operation

All accounts on krikya11 app are operated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All displayed balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in BDT. Currency conversion is not supported within the platform; all deposited funds must originate from BDT-denominated payment sources.

3.5 Device and Access Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any device you use to access krikya11 app is secure, free from malware, and not accessible to unauthorised individuals. krikya11 app is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain reasonable device security standards.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.5 Own Account Obligation

You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third-party account — including family members, friends, or shared business accounts — is not permitted. Any funds identified as originating from third-party sources may be held pending investigation and may be returned to the originating payment method.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

5.2 Palpable Errors

In the event that odds, lines, or game parameters are published due to a system error, human error, or data feed error ("palpable error"), krikya11 app reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. We will make all reasonable efforts to identify and correct palpable errors promptly. Players who knowingly take advantage of palpable errors may have their accounts flagged for review.

5.3 Match Integrity

Any player found to have placed bets using insider information, to have participated in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt activity will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and the matter reported to relevant sporting integrity authorities. This includes information relating to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket competitions, as well as any other sport covered on the krikya11 app sportsbook.

5.4 Live Betting

In-play betting markets may be suspended temporarily during certain events — for example, during a review of a wicket dismissal or a VAR check in football. Bets placed on a market immediately before it is suspended are valid provided the bet was accepted and confirmed by the system before the suspension took effect. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

5.5 Responsible Stake Limits

krikya11 app may impose maximum stake limits on specific markets, accounts, or bet types at its discretion. These limits are designed to manage risk exposure and protect the long-term sustainability of competitive odds. Players are encouraged to contact support if they wish to discuss their stake limits.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

krikya11 app offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all krikya11 app promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). You must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) the stated number of times before the bonus balance — or any winnings derived from it — becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds that have not been wagered in full by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the krikya11 app platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account in your own name or in any other identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using krikya11 app to process proceeds of crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform in any way — including for bet placement, game play, or data harvesting.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a deliberate or systematic manner.
• Placing bets using insider information or participating in any form of match manipulation or corrupt conduct.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing krikya11 app staff members in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Circumventing responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion, by registering new accounts.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology to bypass geographic or account-level restrictions applied by krikya11 app.

krikya11 app employs real-time fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found in violation of this section will not be entitled to any refund of deposits or withdrawal of pending balances unless a specific determination is made by our compliance team that the funds are legitimately owed.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by krikya11 app

krikya11 app reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: suspected prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; ongoing identity or payment verification; suspected use of the account by a person other than the registered account holder; suspected breach of these Terms; or any situation where account activity raises concerns under our anti-money-laundering or fraud prevention obligations.

During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or withdraw funds. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed promptly. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your krikya11 app account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing your account, we recommend withdrawing any remaining balance. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Once closed, an account cannot be reopened — if you wish to return to the platform in the future, you would need to register a new account (subject to eligibility).

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives may request a self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour time-out to permanent account closure. During a self-exclusion period, all marketing communications from krikya11 app will cease. Attempting to re-register during a self-exclusion period is a violation of these Terms and will result in the new account being closed immediately.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. krikya11 app will notify you via email before applying a dormancy status to your account. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, up to the value of that balance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in or contact our support team.
